The claim process and how we get your charges back

1. Once we receive your contact details we will send you the claim welcome pack.
   
   
2. We will send you a simple authorization form to act on your behalf.
   
   
3. We will then request a list of all your bank charges for up to the past 6 years from your bank.
   
   
4. We will then calculate the charges and send a formal request for the refund to the bank.
   
   
5. Once all charges are recovered we will then forward you the reclaimed fees and invoice you 25% commission.
